How is 2021 looking for buyers?
There were lots of accountants that wanted to retire or downsize in 2020 but were not able to do so because of the pandemic. This has led to them feeling more stressed and frustrated. At Draper Hinks we think this will be translated into there being more vendors on the market in this coming year. We are also hearing from sellers that they do not want to have to deal with MTD. This means that 2021 could be a bumper year for deals being done.
