The three tips from a vendor who sold in April 2021
Tip No 1– Plan ahead. There is a lot of work involved in selling a practice. Don’t underestimate how long the preparation takes.
Tip No 2 – Be very well prepared for Due Diligence. We were well prepared and this meant we were able to answer all the prospective buyer queries which assisted with the process going forward.
Tip No 3 – Be aware that solicitors complicate matters more than you think they should!
