Buying
Most of the buyers who contact us are in a position where they are ready to buy. They have spent time considering what it is they want, where it should be, what the turnover should be, what the profitability of the practice needs to be, the type of client, and so on. They have funding in place and they are actively looking.
Whilst this is all very well, the downside is that there are a lot more buyers in the market than there are sellers. A buyer may buy every year, but a seller only sells the whole practice once.
