797/260413Nottinghamshire£157,433The vendor is relocating.   Total of top 10 clients’ fees £77,028.  Buyer needs to be FCA/ACA or FCCA/ACCA or FMAAT/AAT or CTA qualified.  There is a rented serviced office if required.  No staff, 2 subcontractors.  Meetings with the vendor will be held on Tuesday, 28th April.
801/260420Bedfordshire£53,000The vendor wants to pursue a role away from the practice.   The practice is VAT Registered.  Total of top 10 clients’ fees £16,427.  Buyer needs to be FCA/ACA or FCCA/ACCA qualified.  There are no premises, so the fees need to be transferred to the buyer’s office locally.  Meetings with the vendor will be held on Thursday, 14th May.
803/260413Northumberland£250,000Tranche of Fees for sale as the vendor is looking to downsize.  This tranche is made up of farming clients only, so the buyer must have experience in this sector.  All the clients are in the Northumberland area. There are approximately 78 farming clients plus a few additional ancillary businesses which are run by partners individually.  Turnover for the year to end March 2026 is circa £240,500 for the farming clients and £9,500 for the ancillary businesses. The buyer needs to be FCA/ACA or FCCA/ACCA qualified and have experience of handling farming clients. Virtual meetings with the vendor will be arranged on an individual basis.
