INCOME MULTIPLES BEING OFFERED

Income multiples have stayed static for many years but in the last six months we have seen a trend for them to increase.  This is only in the southeast where there are many more buyers than sellers.  The competition to buy fees is much greater and this has just percolated down and has started to affect what is being offered.  But please remember although the multiple may be increasing that is not always the highest priority with the vendor.
